Shipping policy

We hand deliver our flowers to Redlands, Logan and the South side of Brisbane.

Flower delivery is available Monday- Friday (till 6.30pm) and Saturday(till 12 pm).
For next-day delivery, orders must be placed by 4pm the day before.
Unfortunately, we do not offer same day delivery at this stage,
We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.

Before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full correct address details, including the accurate postcode of the intended recipient and your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event of any delivery problems.
We cannot be responsible for any delays or undelivered items due to misspelt or incorrect details and unfortunately, replacement flowers will not be offered in this case.

When ordering perishable products, it is your responsibility to ensure that someone will be available to receive the product on the date of delivery, or that an alternative safe drop-off point has been arranged.
If there is no safe place to leave the flowers, e.g easily visible from the road, locked gate, dogs, they will be brought back to the shop.

In case of delivery to certain locations where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, hotels, and other business locations, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.
